For Dr. Miller, being your eye doctor means getting to know more than your prescription. An Oklahoma native and graduate of Northeastern State University College of Optometry, he has cared for patients at Norman in downtown Norman since 2005. He built the practice around personal relationships, clear communication, and the kind of eye care he would want for his own family. More than 20 years later, that philosophy still shapes every visit.
